SpringboardVR and Blueprint Reality announced a new partnership to offer location-based entertainment (LBE) VR venue operators access to Blueprint's mixed reality in-game capture and casting. The technology allows players at more than 450 venues in 40 countries to easily share their VR gameplay on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Given the competitive dynamics of the LBE VR market and the need for venues to perpetually differentiate their offerings from in-home and other LBE options, mixed reality in-game casting is an important capability. Furthermore, mixed reality gameplay casting can open up new opportunities for eSports venue operators.
