The Void, a leading location-based entertainment venue operator, opened its first Asia-Pacific (APAC) location on December 6th in Malaysia. Over the last three years, The Void has expanded to more than ten locations worldwide.
Malaysia is a growing entertainment market with an average annual 10.1% increase in gross box office receipts over the past five years. In 2017, a total of 983.64m ringgit ($236.2m) box office was collected, an increase of 7.5% from 2016, according to National Film Development Corporation Malaysia (FINAS).
