Facebook reported fiscal 3Q19 revenues of $17.7 billion, up 29% year-over-year and beating the $17.37 billion consensus estimate. Payments & Other Fees revenue, which includes sales of Oculus Quest and Rift S, were $269 million for the quarter, up 43% year-over-year.
