Kuang has been named Managing Director and Principal Analyst. Kuang replaces Clifton Dawson, who has led Greenlight Insights as Founder and CEO for over 6 years. Dawson will remain chairman of the company. 

J.C. Kuang is a seasoned analyst and researcher who has authored several of the company’s most important research reports and was instrumental in architecting the company’s research agenda for enterprise and B2B markets since first joining the company in 2017. He led several major consulting engagements for Greenlight’s most valuable global technology clients and has also previously served on the board of directors for the first Public VR Lab in the United States, helping to improve access to immersive technology and lead educational initiatives for grassroots media organizations.
